Baby otter revived at marina after CPR and lullabies

Robin Quirk spotted what looked like a wet sock on the dock beyond a crowd at the marina. It was an unresponsive baby otter. Quirk and bystanders performed CPR and whistled lullabies until the animal began breathing again. The otter was taken to a wildlife rehabilitation centre. Witnesses said it appeared lifeless before the group revived it.
Strangers working together saved a vulnerable animal through quick thinking and compassion.
